My Projects

Thank you for checking out my work! I am an impact-driven creative eager to hit the ground running upon my graduation in June 2024. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity of utilizing my interests and skills to make meaningful influences beyond profit margins. I look forward to exceeding expectations while doing what I love.

Art in Odd Places - Communal Art

I created this project in April 2022. It was for my "Creative Thinking Strategies" class. My professor had introduced us to the Art in Odd Places (AiOP) performance festival that takes place every year in Manhattan, NYC.

We were to create any sort of project inspired by AiOP and I knew right away I wanted something people could interact with. I wanted people to have an outlet to say whatever was on their mind without feeling judged.

This project meant a lot to me at the time and still does. I had recently lost my cousin Chrissy to an unexpected accident. I had a lot of frustrations and feelings to air out but was too scared to open up. That feeling of bottling everything up made me realize how many people experience the same struggle. I wanted them to know that they are not alone.

This is the finished product. It hangs in the hallway that leads to my bedroom. Passing it everyday reminds to me to take a deep breath and to tackle life at my own pace.

I hope that the person struggling with sobriety continues to find strength.

I hope that the children who left cute doodles continue to spew creativity.

I hope that those who left reminders to love yourself don't forget to tell themselves that.

My favorite message on here is "never lie about yourself."

Which one is your favorite?
