This was a group project done in my Retail Management course at SCAD. We could make a pop-up shop for any brand we wanted. My group decided to choose PUMA because of their Spongebob collaboration. We saw their lack of installments for this product line as a loss of opportunity and wanted to amp up PUMA's promotion of this creative and strategic collaboration. I was responsible for the competitor analysis, the product assortment plan, the sales forecast & footfall plan, and staff budgeting.
